“65 per cent of the world's population are lactose intolerant”

So 65% of the people in the world are trying to tell the 45% who are not that they can not eat foods that they enjoy... That seems more “racist” than if it were the other way around. Of course it is all BS, most people who say they are “lactose intolerant” somehow have no problems eating anything if they are things that they enjoy like candy, cakes, brownies, lasagna, and all the other delicious foods with dairy products. They typically only claim their badge of courage when it comes to drinking milk.

Isn’t cheese a northern European diet staple? If so, does that mean when other groups eat cheese that they are committing cultural appropriation?

That’s the most bizarre comment from you I’ve seen yet LOL. Lactose intolerance is a matter of degree, related simply to the number of lactose molecules that need to be digested. Snacks with dairy products as a minor ingredient not very many; ice cream or milk lots.
