As for us, it seems that there are too many criminals, in too many high places, and no one willing to do what has to be done, to save a country trapped in that situation.

You knew what this country was worth, and you know that the Dems are criminals who will ruin it. But all you wanted was to get Trump out. You totally disrespected every single person who voted for him .)
While I share your sympathies, the problem is the 17th Amendment which turned America from a federal to a democratic republic.
The 17A did what it was supposed to do. It made the senate sympatico with the house. It is why there isn’t a dime’s worth of difference between the politics of Nanzi and Chuckie.
What is amazing is that we’ve kinda’ sorta’ lasted as long as we have.
