I agree. The one officer lost his bearing. BUT, the officer didn’t ‘act perfectly’ some 4+ minutes AFTER the driver refused to comply with directions.
If the guy would have just turned off the car and then exited the car as he was instructed to do for four minutes, the police would have looked at his paperwork, probably told him to put the temporary tag on the outside of the window because it’s not visible through the tint on the glass and then sent him on his way.
But, he couldn’t do any of that because he’s special and entitled.
Some folks act like the cop didn’t spend several minutes calmly giving clear and lawful commands before going nuts.
“The one officer lost his bearing.”
A telling sign: he was immediately fired. Wouldn’t there normally there would be a hearing where facts were collected before such a decision was made?
