I haven't stopped taking Vitamin D or Zinc since getting the J&J vaccine. I did everything I could *first* before taking the shot. To me that was the most prudent thing to do. The human body is an amazing thing if we treat it well and give it what it needs.

One more to share with you: the man who leads my men's Bible study weekly is 77 years old and diabetic. He's also had a heart attack in his past. He's not overweight, he's actually thin and takes as good of care of himself as he can.

He and his wife contracted the China Virus back in December. Both had mild symptoms, said it felt like a cold or flu, and were over it within 3-4 days and they self quarantined for 14 days to keep everyone around them safe. Like me, he takes vitamin D and Zinc supplements. His doctor told him to take Robitussin D several times a day to keep the virus from getting from settling into his lungs, and he did that too.

So one of the very kinds of people the virus is supposed to kill due to him having two co-morbidities ended up with mild symptoms and is perfectly fine. He was at my home about three weeks after getting over the virus as I fixed his computer for him. Was I worried about getting the virus from him? I admit it: a little.

Considering that the virus is more of a bad cold to people in your age group, waiting a bit (or quite a bit) makes sense, at least to me. The people who did wait now know that 2 of the 4 ‘vaccines’ have a significant risk of complications. Wait longer and who knows what else will pop up. The one thing that could change the math for your age is if you want to travel internationally - if they require the vaccine, you may not have an option.

It was a doctor who recommended a friend of ours get the China virus “vax”.....even though he STILL was producing China virus antibodies.

A healthy 70 y o, with NO underlying health issues. He had had China virus over the Thanksgiving holidays, but recovered completely, w no complications.

Took his first shot - a week ago - and died in his sleep, that night.

Well no one wants to catch it, but there are worse things in life. Being forced to take experimental medications (or medications that serve a different purpose than what we’re told) would be worse in my opinion. And we’re not being forced of course, at least not yet, but unless we push back some it could be just around the corner. They way this whole situation is being handled is dangerous in the horrible precedents we’re allowing to be set:

1 - shut down the economy when little is known about a new virus
2 - take experimental medications and waive all rights if injured
3 - don’t consider natural remedies or their effectiveness first
4 - trust politicians and tv newscasters on what you should do with your life

Etc. At least that’s my take. If this behavior continues it likely won’t end well for many.

Actually when I got the Pfizer shot a few weeks ago, I was aware of the blood clot issue. It is worrisome as my family carries a gene that causes spontaneous clots.

• have a bleeding disorder or are on a blood thinner (this one isn’t because of hemophilia...it is for the blood disorders that cause spontaneous clots)
• are immunocompromised or are on a medicine that affects your immune system
• are pregnant or plan to become pregnant
• are breastfeeding
• have received another COVID-19 vaccine

It is of note they do not list blood clots in the “reported” side effects.
