Here’s the problem for politicians and medical people:
When the virus surges, people get sick and some die.
If there’s no lockdown, politicians and medical “experts” are afraid they will get blamed for “doing nothing”. So they order the only things they can, which are things that have little or no effect. Because the only that affects this virus when it surges is preexisting immunity.
If herd immunity is reached they will need another “crisis”.
