Corporations don’t care how much tax they have to pay, because their customers will pay all of it. When you set out to punish a corporation by making economic sanctions against them, who you really end up punishing are their customers, and depending on what that corporation makes, it’s often people like you and me buying everyday stuff we need for our daily lives that end up getting stuck with the bill.
