Former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin may not escape prosecution for one of the three charges against him for causing the death of George Floyd, but contrary to public opinion, the case against him is not cut and dried. Though radio stations have solemnly gone quiet for nearly nine minutes to remind Americans of the time Chauvin had his knee on Floyd’s neck, Black Lives Matter fire-setters and looters with their violent antifa allies burned parts of American cities in retaliation for his death, and cops were forced to kneel, it turns out there’s a lot we didn’t know about the case.
Why not? There’s only one explanation. Prosecutors didn’t tell you. Antifa-friendly Attorney General Keith Ellison, who picked those multiple private attorneys from white-shoe firms to replace regular Hennepin County prosecutors, didn’t tell you. The media obviously didn’t tell you. And the threatening mob that recorded the horrific site of George Floyd handcuffed and prone on a Minneapolis street didn’t tell you. Black Lives Matter certainly didn’t tell you. This is the group that overtly lied about the deaths of Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, Breonna Taylor, Patrick Kimmons, Jacob Blake, and others.
Unfunny comedian Chelsea Handler may want to rush to judgment because “there is video of him” killing George Floyd.
But is there?
So pathetic that there is a trial to prove that Derek Chauvin killed George Floyd when there is video of him doing so.

Many things have been revealed during the nearly two-week-long trial of Chauvin. We’re betting you didn’t know most of them. Here are just nine examples.

NINE THINGS WE LEARNED FROM THE TESTIMONIES IN THE TRAIL SO FAR ( CLICK ON THE ABOVE ARTICLE LINK FOR THE EXPLANATION ):
1. Chauvin Didn’t Have His Knee on Floyd’s Neck
2. The Cops Didn’t Use as Much Force as They Could Have
3. We Still Don’t Know How George Floyd Died
4. Drugs Were Found in SUV and Cop Car
5. Floyd Was Using Drugs Again
6. George Floyd Was With His Drug Dealer When Cops Came
7. Floyd’s Drug Dealer Took the 5th
8. Derek Chauvin Weighed 140 Pounds, Floyd 223
9. The Hostile Crowd Could Have Contributed to Floyd’s Death
None of this matters.
“I can’t breathe”
“Hands up, don’t shoot”
The narrative has been set.
The riots have already been planned.
I read that the prosecution is now saying he had his knee on the neck area or region. Anything to look less wrong.
83 pound difference
When I first saw the videos I told my wife, “His knee is not on his neck.”
The truth does not matter. Optics and the narrative are first and foremost. In this case the truth will set no one free.
I see the headlines on Yahoo news, it only shows the prosecution arguments. I have not see any Defense stuff in the headlines.
The Average American will never read what the Defense presented. Main stream media is hiding the defense case.
None of this matters in the court of public opinion. A court of law is different. Just ask George Zimmerman.
I see this as Zimmerman redux. I wouldn’t want to be in an American urban area unarmed when the verdict is announced.
Yup. No matter the outcome. Angry violence or celebratory violence. Hope target is stocked with new flat screens.
One way this case is like the Zimmerman case: Even before the defense begins their arguments, the prosecution case looks pathetic.
The truth does not matter. Optics and the narrative are first and foremost. In this case the truth will set no one free.
A court of law is at least a little more focused on reality.
I wouldn’t want to be in an urban jungle anytime...
Btt
The Narrative vs The Truth
Chauvin weighed 140 pounds and is 5’9″, compared to Floyd’s 223 pounds and 6’4″ frame.
it should be noted that Chauvin was the biggest cop there.
If there isn’t a conviction, I’d avoid urban areas for a while. Might wanna carry if you can.
Remember what happened to Reginald Denny.
Chauvin is well on his way to acquittal as the prosecutors have not made a single argument that points to any evidence that could possibly lead to conviction. Moreover, the jury is very keyed in to the testimony and all has gone Chauvin‘s way.
Not guilty - not even close, and never was.
But - it will take major league courage to vote that way in the jury room.
Officer Chauvin’s Knee Was NOT on George Floyd’s ‘Neck’ and 8 Other Things You Didn’t Know About This Case
Not sure it makes any difference. Mr. Soros elected Minn. AG was told to prosecute and convict and he is following orders.
