Chauvin trial: Another false media narrative collapses
World Net Daily ^ | April 7, 2021 | Sean Harshey

Having previously written about the collapse of American laws and their replacement with the personal opinions of government officials who pick and choose what laws to enforce and against whom, we are also seeing the collapse of our criminal justice system, which is being replaced by major media narratives and pop culture trends.

The trial of Officer Derek Chauvin in Minneapolis is simply the latest example of the rush to prosecute a case based more on media narrative rather than thorough investigation or thoughtful charging decisions.

Prepare for Chauvin to walk and the big cities are going to be riot central.

I'm not sure there is a JUROR or Jurors tough enough to hang the Jury for repeated Mistrials and a Dismissal with Prejudice, however, I do believe there is a strong possibility of Reversal in the several Appeals to follow.

I don't think the Democrats have installed Kangaroo Courts THROUGHOUT the entire US JustUs System, but I may be wrong.

When does “prosecution” become “persecution”? First the verdict, then the sentence, and if there is time enough, some kind of fabrication of “evidence”. No attempt to maintain a deliberate pace and let the facts unfold.

A good questions to ask Mike Flynn.

He damaged the defense.

Actual facts and evidence. Hmmm, who would've thunk it?

Look, the defense hasn't even presented its case yet and the prosecution is just getting destroyed! Good.

He is a dead man walking even if he wins...unless they put him in the witness protection program or gets out of the country some how

It doesn’t matter who I believe and Tobin was basically a hostile witness, but Nelson, unfortunately, is a one man show and is exhausted. He failed to sufficiently challenge him on his inconsistencies (only 10% of cigarette smokers have lung damage & fentinyl wasn’t contributory to Floyd’s death.)

At least they were not crazy enough to bring that one to trial. ;)

Here are my questions which will never be answered:

1. Where did Mr Floyd obtain the fentanyl that killed him?

2. If Mr Floyd did pass a counter fit $20 where did that come from or was he involved in a ring?

3. When the police were called to the scene Mr Floyd was still in his vehicle - this leads me to believe that he was not capable of driving and experiencing problems before the police arrived. Will those details come up in the trial? (A smart bad guy would have left the area long before the police arrived.)

4. How did a drug addict get a Mercedes SUV late model to drive?

After reading a few articles like this one (including Ann Coulter’s today) I started thinking that the focus on this particular incident will backfire if the trial results in a not-guilty verdict, as with Zimmerman and etc.

But when the plan keeps backfiring, why wouldn’t they change the plan and make a better judgement of the facts before unleashing the protests?

That makes me think: maybe this is the plan. Get people riled up about a case that will likely not result in a guilty verdict, to maximize the outrage factor and turn people against “the system.”

The alternative would be to focus people on cases that really are cut and dried and then when the person is convicted people would think “oh maybe the system really does work.”

Only, this isn’t a trial. It is a lynching. The feral mob has a figurative (?) gun to their court’s head, and they won’t settle for anything other than a murder conviction.

When this done and the city burns down they can start over, maybe with some actual thought.

The folks that ended getting St. Mike’s legacy will be bankrupt in 3 years...

Three years? You're being generous. The gangsters that score these big unwarranted windfalls are instant targets for their no-honor thieving relations and associates. I'm sure that a big portion of that jackpot was designated in advance as an illegal payoff to the Demonic-rat Party bosses. The rest will be blown on who-knows-what? That is, if they survive long enough.

Bingo. None of the elephant-in-the-room questions will be addressed at all.

The same thing happened with queer child porn "gay hero" Larry Brinkin in San Fransciso, who got a virtual hand slap for thousands of images and videos of toddlers being raped on his computer. No questions of WHERE these offenders were, what happened to them, who the children being raped were, and who facilitated the "porn book club." All that was completely ignored. And Pedo Larry got to keep his Scat Francisco city pension.

Lets not forget the $22 MILLION DOLLAR reward the city paid to the family of the druggy thug well BEFORE the trial even began.
...............................................
The taxpayers voted for the morons who bilked them out of $22 million, so they can now wring their hands, clutch their pearls, and bitch and moan to one another. Well deserved karma!

You wouldn’t know it from the MSM coverage of the trial.
..........................................
The MSM has become discredited the world over, and those who continue to tune in to those snake pits filled with American haters only confirm their own hatred of America by doing so!
