A woman, living at an aged care home in Queensland, has died less than three hours after she received her long-awaited coronavirus shot

An elderly woman has died in a Queensland aged care facility just hours after receiving her coronavirus vaccination.

The 82-year-old woman was a resident at the Yurana aged care facility in Springwood, west of Brisbane.

She received her shot of the Pfizer coronavirus vaccination around 10am this morning. Emergency services were called less than three hours later, at 1.30pm, to reports the woman was unresponsive.

The Courier-Mail reported the woman’s death may not be linked to the vaccine as she was suffering from other health issues, including lung disease.

She died WITH the shot, but what did she die OF?

Is it the same deal as those who died WITH COVID-19 but not OF it?

In true life and death situations like polio, the risk is probably worth the reward—but the coronavirus is not even a close call.

Even more so than COVID, polio is mostly asymptomatic. 70% of children's polio was asymptomatic, and a further 24% was minor and fully resolved in a few days to a week. Most polio was NOT paralytic, and less than 1% of polio resulted in flaccid paralysis that people associate with the disease. The death and disability inflicted by polio are a small fraction of that of COVID. But there were 2 huge differences. First, we didn't know about the mild and asymptomatic cases, just the serious cases, paralyzed or disfigured children, and horrifying pictures of people in an "Iron Lung" machine. Second, it was CHILDREN. If we knew then what we know now, would we be polio antivaxxers?
