The Stumptown Police Force has become a mere stump of its former self.
And he should start at the top. Mayor, city counsel, then punks etc.

The police departments need to remove the mayor’s protection detail. Let the mayor live with the consequences before the taxpayers have to.

Cops, like politicians, are just a representation of the community they serve.
The cops and LEOs where I live are great! Of course I live in a great community.
OR voting has been totally corrupt for at least 2 or more decades. Only mail in. The reson OR and many other blue states are blue is because of massive election fraud, including illegals voting.
Blue states have fraud because they are blue. Portland is over 70%(D)
I have lived in OR since the early 90’s and before that in the early 80’s. Most rural counties are conservative, and the elections have been stolen for a long, long time.
Oregon was admitted to the Union in 1859. For the first 20 years they elected 2X (D) as (R) to office.
Portland is 76% (D) by one one count.
Oregon has a (D) problem.
(D) IS fraud
In Portland I think it would take Paul Kersey teamed up with Dirty Harry to make a dent.
