The FBI linked to a press release from the Internet Crime Complaint Center, which reveals that federal law enforcement, including the FBI, is “advising the public to be aware of individuals selling fake COVID-19 vaccination record cards and encouraging others to print fake cards at home” and notes that “Fake vaccination record cards have been advertised on social media websites, as well as e-commerce platforms and blogs.”
“If you did not receive the vaccine, do not buy fake vaccine cards, do not make your own vaccine cards, and do not fill-in blank vaccination record cards with false information,” the press release explains, “By misrepresenting yourself as vaccinated when entering schools, mass transit, workplaces, gyms, or places of worship, you put yourself and others around you at risk of contracting COVID-19.”
“Additionally, the unauthorized use of an official government agency’s seal (such as HHS or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)) is a crime, and may be punishable under Title 18 United States Code, Section 1017, and other applicable laws.”
As National File reported, the Biden administration is working with major corporations to develop a vaccine passport system that would require Americans to take one of the controversial vaccines and receive a vaccine passport to engage in commerce. According to establishment newspaper The Washington Post, Biden’s plan is for the vaccine passport to be pushed entirely through large corporations – essentially barring those who refuse the vaccine from engaging in commerce – without any direct federal involvement.
Yesterday, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed an executive order banning vaccine passports in the state, and revealed that he is working with the Florida legislature to permanently ban them within the state.
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.
The freedom to move as you wish, leave your house whenever you want, eat at a restaurant whenever you want, and so much more is included in the word liberty. The only way the federal government can deprive an individual of their liberty is if that individual is found guilty in a court of law by a jury. Vaccine passports are an obscene violation of that clause.
The Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment of the Federal Constitution prohibits the States from depriving the inhabitants of the States of their liberty unless individuals are tried in a court of law and found guilty by a jury. Vaccine passports would violate that clause of the Constitution. State Constitutions also include clauses that protect the liberty of every individual inhabiting that State. They would be violated by vaccine passports.

I think the idea is for the government police state agencies to be involved here. The vaccine passport is an app and will have the capability of expanding into other areas. Links to travel, perhaps social media, digital currency.

Exactly. They would be breaking the law IF they used a forged document with regards to a federal application or in a legal proceeding. Maybe a few other instances. In those cases people should not lie just say the truth, plead the 5th, or say you are a conscientious objector. Otherwise, I can’t see how this is ‘breaking a law’ if you show a fake form to get into a ball game or a night club.

They expect private businesses to become the “border guards” enforcers of compliance. Ridiculous. They make be able to make large institutions to enforce it via pressure or even regulation. But they won’t be able to stop small shop keepers from ignoring it.
A vaccine passport is totally racist, ageist and other ists.
The elderly, the poor, they cannot necessarily afford smart phones, the data and line fees, or know how to use them. They cannot possibly be requiring people to run out and buy a $200 device, subscribe to the data service, and learn how to use them just so they can conduct routine commercial activities like riding a bus or going to the DMV or supermarket.
Foreigners are not likely to even have access to a vaccine until 2022 or 2023, and/or later before there is widespread compliance. Forcing a vaccine passport on them is like building a wall to keep foreigners out. They hated Trump’s building a wall with Mexico but a rushing to build a “virtual wall” to keep the poor and the foreign out of public activities.
And if I got a vaccine in Holland, or in Germany, could I expect the guy at the bank or the restaurant to be able to read it?

We’re not brave. We just have common sense and prefer to use an abundance of caution while trying to live our lives peacefully. We also don’t blindly believe anything the govt tells us anymore.
The doctors are advising adults to be vaccinated, even if they’ve had the virus. Something about more antibodies from the vaccine and protection against new strains.
I’m skeptical about the vaccine passport thing. It looks like the crazier media outfits are exaggerating that.
There is the vaccination card for vaccinated individuals’ own records and for statistics, demographics and the like. There’s also a QR code on an info sheet, but that only takes a phone to the URL for a pre-vaccination questionnaire.
Generally, big corporate stores won’t be shutting un-vaccinated people out, because they’ll want all of the continuing business. Most of them don’t even bother customers without masks.
