Dr. Frank’s numbers for Hamilton County, OH are accurate. You read the graph incorrectly. It shows the population by age, thus you have to take each year of an age (along the bottom) then multiple each by the blue point (population of that year of age). Then add them all up. His numbers come out to very closely matching what the government numbers are; what your numbers are.

No - not ever in the real world with real independent data would one expect a correlation that high.
0.8 is really strong; 0.95 amazing; 0.999 fantasy-with real data even when there is a expected behavioral relationship. This is not testing a physical property, like sunrise to change in brightness. This is behavior.
