Donald Trump Jr. blasted Delta Airlines and “woke corporate culture” after Delta CEO Ed Bastian attacked Georgia’s voter integrity laws. In a video posted Friday, Don Jr. said Delta “is learning the hard way not to bite the hand that feeds it” after Georgia State Republicans voted to cancel a tax break plan for the airline.
He added, Bastian’s comments were a stark contrast from Delta’s prior statement on the matter. In its previous statement, Delta admitted the legislation “improved” considerably during the process and was “committed to listening to communities and engaging with leaders from both parties.”

MLB is going to go broke. Good riddance to
The only professional sports organization that I ever really cared about. I’m done with them.
So Delta has come out in favor of vote fraud.
Great position to take.

I wish I’m a MLB fan so I could say that I’m not going to watch anymore. But, the truth is I quit watching several years ago as the game is totally boring. Put it about as exciting as watching paint dry. So, R.I.P. baseball 😂
NFL, NBA and MLB are acronyms to be avoided, like CBS, ABC, NBC, CNN and MSNBC.
I’ll bet Delta doesn’t let me board their plane without an ID.
And to think Manfred is a Republican!
NFLNBAMLBLBGTQBLM
Georgia needs to ban all government travel on Delta.
I use the principle that business should stay out of publicly discussing politics. There will always be someone who disagrees and that runs counter to the goal of business of selling to all customers. So I find it even more interesting when Mercedes Benz and Porsche, both German companies have entered the Georgia Voter Law concern.
I first flew on Delta in the summer of 1966, when it was a regional airline that operated mostly in the South. The stewardesses were young and beautiful, and all had Southern accents. Now, that seems like a galaxy far, far away.
Rather than pout and grandstand these corporations should work with states and the federal government to provide IDs to all US Citizens and state citizens who do not have them. Then they could vote and fly.
Since when do corporations have the lead on what is or is nit good civic governance. Airlines know a great deal about restricting customers freedom, and inconveniencing them.
Try getting on an airplane with no ID. Try walking through airport security with a bottle of water. If we treated the vote the way airline passengers are isolated and harassed, there would never be any voter fraud.
Manfred made a calculated decision believing that MLB fans have short memories and will quickly move past this. Guess we shall see if he’s right or not. Speaking for myself I won’t forget. Baseball is now dead to me...
Either Right Field or Pitcher.
hear hear
I have to agree with many of those who brought up the hypocrisy in the fact that Delta requires ID to get on their air planes— Are they now part of the overall problem showing bias, racism, etc, etc. against poor people, minorities, illegal aliens, etc who cannot find a way to get an ID?
It would be very informative to hear what he has to say about the use of IDs by his corporation. Maybe, Maybe some journalist will ask him. Don’t hold your breath.

This is so Maoist. Coincidence? What do professional sports, Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, and other “woke cancel “ companies have in common? How about CHINA? This is war.
