A fourth wave of coronavirus infections is beginning to mount in states across the nation as health experts and officials beg pandemic-exhausted Americans to stay vigilant.
The United States has reported an average of 65,000 new cases in the last seven days, according to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), up about 10,000 cases per day since the most recent nadir two weeks ago.

I am not an alarmist, just a realist to ping and bring you the news.
This may be the information that got the CDC director earlier this week in such an emotional state.
Is there any coincidence that this surge of infectious cases occurs during an immigrant surge in the southern border, whereby the migrants are transported throughout the nation ?
If so, we may have to call this "The Buy-den Surge, Horsemen/ Gauchos of the Apocalypse".

Its a third wave. We are the worst state in the country and the five worst metro areas are all in Michigan.
No. Our positivity rates are very high. Our covid units are filling up rapidly. At one hospital they went from 16 covid pts to 51 in three days.
Yesterday we had 6000 new cases.
The deaths are not high because all of us elderly got vaccinated.
These cases are highest in the 10-19 age range.
Many 30-40 yr olds.
But we are national news.
Correct. We are seeing a new spike, but since we “burned” out a lot before hand we MAY not have the big spike.
Three weeks and we will know .
The spike is happening. I know people working in the field. France is locked down and much of Europe will follow.
However, at this time, the US is not seeing the same spike. May be because we are on a different side of the curve, may be because vaccinations and infections have burned up a lot of the fuel, or some other reason.
Spring break was a big break out last year, it maybe this year.
We have a few customers in Michigan, who can’t receive orders because the whole plant has it.
It hit my plant like a prairie fire in November. I got it (after trying to help an employee who has bad hearing and can’t read lips through a mask. Stupid me).
So far, no one has been reinfected but those who were sick and got the vaccine were HAMMERED hard by the side effects. Most are not going for the second shot.

That seems fairly unread on the subject.
The new mutant strains are in no way a result of the vaccines. They are the result of not killing this disease fast enough and letting the darn things evolve.
That is an outrageous and homicidal untruth.
Sorry some of that is true and will be evident as time goes on.
