The real meaning of Si, se puede is more like, "Yes, it can be done," not, "Yes, (I/you/we) can." It's a passive voice construction, no active subject involved ... just freaking exactly like the leftist worldview.

It's incredibly patronizing to treat Spanish-speaking people as if they are incapable of being responsible, conscious actors in their own lives, the subjects of their own sentences. Freep you, Jill Biden.

You are right.

Translated - if one can (vote), one have to (vote).

That actually made sense.
Shortcut Si, se puede per itself does really make that much sense anyway.
