...then those vaccinated a year ago in the trials would show it.
Washington State has reported 366,134 total cases and 5,290 deaths as of March 30. Meanwhile, 29.5% have received their first dose and 17.5% are fully vaccinated.
So only two individuals died after being vaccinated, and contracting COVID, despite the vaccine (both in their eighties, with other serious health issues).
Out of a sample of more than a million people vaccinated.
This confirms what the trials, and the massive studies out of Israel have proven - that those vaccinated are dramatically less likely to contract COVID, and even less likely to die from it, than unvaccinated controls.
We are running about a thousand COVID deaths per day in the USA.
Please don’t use chimpanzee math by comparing apples to bananas. The high risk groups who have been vaccinated so far would a far higher than 0.8% mortality rate if unvaccinated.
And you are canceled for complaining!
The selling point is that the vaccines are 90% effective. That means it will fail on one out of ten people.
