When I was a kid, my father called the Nazi-Wagons.

Hey. Help, please.
Translator says “with top parking.” Can’t be right.
Also mentioned the longest word in German is Kraftfahrzeug-Haftpflichtversicherung, which means automobile liability insurance.
My favorite word in the language is schadenfreude. English should have a word like that one.

When will the grid be ready to handle the electric load to charge all these electric cars????? It will be years before the grid is ready.

It’s not supposed to work in the translator.
It’s intentionally-mangled pseudo-German. :P

Pretty colors.
Looks so much better than your old one with tie-dye colors, Woodstock Nation, Legalize Weed and a peace symbol. Classier now.
KIDDING.

Your father might have cracked a comment like: “I guess that means that VW is finally getting out of the gas business that they’ve been in since WWII?”
(yes, I know that’s a horrible joke). :P

LOL. I used to call them Voltswagon when I was 5 years old back in the 60’s just because I couldn’t say Volks.
To: Kriggerel
Hasn’t Volswagen already been canceled because it is the creation of the Nazis?

My Winter Car is a Ford Escape XL. I love that thing, though she is rusting around the edges. 2008, 95K on her. I keep my cars a LONG time, obviously.
Beau is pestering me to get a better car, but he drives worse sh#tboxes than I do, LOL!
I HATE spending money on cars.

Nah, snowflakes don’t know what real Nazis are anymore. Snowflakes think that Nazis are all the people that don’t agree with them.

Yep, common stuff among the WWII veteran generation. Now we know that the Reich essentially stole a Jewish engineer's design and flicked him out of the picture.

Snowflakes should look in a mirror for Nazis.

I owned a VW Vanagon back in the 80s. It was a good car for the time when our kiddos were little, however mechanically the waterboxer engine was an expensive nightmare.
Out of all the cars I've owned, I rate the Volkswagon in the top 95% (not a compliment.)

I had a coworker who drove a Mitsubishi. I said, You know that car was made by the grandkids of the people who made the planes that attacked Pearl Harbor.
He had no idea what I was talking about.

Very interesting.
After the war, my father was stationed in Germany. He had a VW which he drove all over Europe when he had leave. I kind of recall stories about that vehicle in sort of a love-hate relationship. But many automobiles owners feel the same way about their vehicles.
