Without saying more, all I will say is that every facility has entries and exits.
Throw in the existence of bunker busting tech and solutions abound.

They did do it before. Twice, actually if you count the attack on the nascent Syrian reactor.
But they don’t have to do it the same way. Sabotage works just as well as bombs dropping from the sky.
