I think this is a Constitutional issue of Separation of Powers. I would like to see several state Attorney Generals file in Federal Court that the Federal Government does not have the power to force this on the States. State governments can agree on conditions to permit visitors to enter their state.
This is being pushed by the totalitarians in the Democratic Party. Our only redress of grievance now is through the court. The Republican candidates in the midterm elections need to emphasize this issue and the Democrat's power grab.
