Smith College. Go figure. The woman who was accused of trespassing also filed charges because she was “misgendered” when the staff called it in to campus police. They thought it was a man, because of the short hair and hoodie.

Oumou Kanoute, then a rising sophomore at Smith College, had claimed that all she “did was be black” when a janitor called security on her when he found her in a closed lounge in July 2018. But a 35-page investigation carried out by an outside law firm found no evidence of discrimination, the New York Times reported.
However, these unverified accusations caused the Smith College Administration to suspend several long-term WORKERS' (not staff) in spite of them following posted policies. Smith College president Kathleen McCartney personally apologized to Ms Kanoute after the accusation was posted on Facebook shortly after the encounter. Later Smith College instituted and is still requiring that campus service workers take an anti-bias training for campus staff, reputed to be “forced, accusatory ‘anti-bias’ training”.
Everyone is “racist” [or tribalist] in one form or another and to varying degrees.

The next things should have been to send everyone to a class explaining how facts not in evidence are NOT to be considered. That everybody deserves the benefit of the doubt and that we need to return to living in America and not in a gulag.
