How does one explain the vertical jump in vote tallies for hidenbiden in the wee hours the day after the election?

It is a fact that the small rural voting areas do their counting and usually turn it in quickly. The big cities which tend Dem can have people waiting hours to get in after the line has been cut off for closing time. I have experienced this myself. In a line at 8 pm, but a poll worker comes and stands at the end of the line and anyone who comes later is told they are too late. Then there are the large numbers of votes to count and some to verify because someone has moved and is voting in a new precinct, or the voting boundaries have been changed for legal and population reasons. I have been watching election nights for over 60 years and it is always this way big chunks of votes late as counting is finally completed in cities.
