And somewhere between Obama letting him in, he must have been granted citizenship. Otherwise how did he pass the background check? Probably a permanent resident (green card). You do not have to be a citizen to buy a gun.

How much discretion do FFL holders have in who they’ll sell to? One that I dealt through said that he wouldn’t sell to anyone not answering that they were born in the US on the 4473.
