I think he started in the parking lot when he arrived, and left a trail of more bodies all the way to the entrance ramp, just inside, and then into the interior of the store. Assassin is right.
Yep, a CIA assassin!! Although they have done other attacks with seemingly less obvious of their assassins, etc.
