• You even got Raffensberger to say: "To be fair we have found potential illegal voting...but not enough to affect the outcome. But yes, we have found no widespread, organized fraud."

The Act may regulate how the disputed contest will be handled, but the Constitution clearly states each House is the judge of its own elections. (Art. I, Sec. 6). Doesn’t make it right, but they can steal this one and the close NY seat and can’t be stopped.
