And most Democrats only feign empathy - thinking of Clinton's lip bite and half thumbs up. Carter was empathetic but completely incompetent.

thinking of Clinton's lip bite And I was referring to biting his own lip. When he was biting Juanita Broaddrick's lip that wasn't empathetic at all - even when he told her to put some ice on it after he was done with her.
