I’m on Gab and I hate to say it, but he’s right. I like most of the news and comments and most of the posters, but there are a couple of them who do post ugly anti-Semitic stuff. I realize that the policy of the people running Gab is to interfere as little as possible with the posters and their opinions, but I think they need to get rid of the anti-Semitism. It’s really nasty stuff and has made me consider leaving Gab.

Yes, I know, and I do block them... but the point is that this stuff is sitting there in plain view for every passing visitor to Gab, and it seems to be accepted by the site and thus becomes a very easy stick to use to beat us with.

I think it’s one of the reasons Trump has not gotten on Gab.

It’s not an anti-Semitic site by any means, but they should do some moderation on some of these posts (although possibly they don’t have the staff). The mods here do a good job of letting the opinions flow freely without letting cranks and kooks use it as a platform.

Apparently it is too much to ask adults to block content they find objectionable on their own rather than out sourcing that responsibility to others. More infantilization of adults.
