Exactly. The blame lies with Democrats fraudsters and a complicit GOP which was in on the whole steal.
That being said, the entire 'Jarvanka' distraction was a waste of time and energy for President Trump. He should have assigned those two idiots the White House garden or some other low profile gig.

One of the big problems was the legal ground game. Parscale has brought that up.
I suspect Trump thought he was going to win and didnt want to spend the money. Maybe this was Kushner’s idea but ultimately it was Trump’s decision. Had Bannon been around perhaps he would have been able to show Trump the necessity.
