Rudy has a lot of followers here based on his past reputation but he was a disaster.
There are a lot of fingers to point but ultimately the buck stops with Trump. He made the decisions.
According to Patrick Byrne Rudy was there because Trump values loyalty and after being able to trust almost no one that’s understandable - but yes - Rudy was a disaster and a drunk.
If you haven’t already logged on to Deep Capture and read Byrne’s account of the election mess then you’d likely find it highly interesting. Byrne didn’t vote for Trump but realized DJT wasn’t who he was portrayed to be and he tried to help save DJT’s presidency. Close advisors sabotaged Trump for their own gain.
The problem isn’t the quality of lawyering, but the fact that the judges were full score against doing anything. The best lawyers in the world can do nothing when every court in the land states “not standing” including our feckless trio on the SC who couldn’t find “shall have original jurisdiction” when Texas smacked them in the face with it like a decaying old fish.
