Screw the courts.
Red state legislatures need to reclaim their Constitutional authority to choose the presidential electors. Their delegation to voters must be revoked, and no state voting for president should occur in their states until THEY are satisfied the threat of substantial fraud has been eliminated.
This is the only way this get fixed. Red state legislators must run on this platform, and red state voters must elect them to fix this.

State legislatures have the authority to declare the “pandemic” over in their state and remove all extreme response requirements.

They are too busy cowering behind their masks, afraid of their master.
That’s true, even here in Michigan, whose legislature is labeled Republican but should be correctly called “Appeasers”.
