I just read through the lawsuit, and I can’t find anywhere where he actually alleges an injury that he suffered, other than the concluding statement that a bunch of people were physically or emotionally injured “including Plaintiff.” That won’t make it past a 12(b)(6) motion, even if he had a valid cause of action otherwise.
