One part of the Oath Keepers' plan, prosecutors said, citing text messages, was having a "QRF," or "quick reaction force," nearby that could supply firearms to militia members "if something goes to hell."
But that "quick reaction force" was actually just one guy who "is in his late 60s, obese , and has cardiopulmonary issues, a bad back, a bum knee, and is [in] need of a hip replacement," according to a new court filing.

Sounds like most the 2% milkers and Oath Breakers.
Old guy whose ailments sound like mine but I wasn’t there.
These cases are all going to fall apart for the Feds. Unfortunately it’s going to cost money.
Moreover, according to the FBI lady who testified the other day, no arms were seized from the rioters, the rioters fired no shots, and no one has been charged with firearms violations.
The real reason for filing as many charges as possible is to perpetuate the narrative that it was a mass riot, rather than the action of a few dozen people, people who a normal or slightly beefed-up security presence would have been able to deter.
This.
Seriously, there are rowdier parties every New Year’s and 4th of July, all over the country, than what happened on January 6th.
What an odd revelation to volunteer.
Akin to saying, “We weren’t robbing the bank with assault rifles, just pistols”.

I think the attorney was challenging the prosecutor’s claim that there was a massive battalion ready to storm DC. The article says the quick strike team was one broken down old guy. Sounds like a joke.
Of course. Same reason why the still have the Guard there, Wray saying that ANTIFA had nothing to do with it and there are credible threats that Trump supporters want to blow up everything.
Yet they never share their intel for review.
What I find interesting is that when real analysis is done on “militia groups” rarely are they “right wing”. They’re usually some hodgepodge mess of Left Right Anarchist chaos that nonsense can be made of anything.
What I find funny is, supporters of Donald Trump show up for a rally,’clean up after themselves, thank all the cops/emt’s/fireman and take pictures with them. Now all of a sudden they’re lead elements for the Hun’s.
Some of you, who were ordinary, will find greatness inside yourselves that was not there before.
Some of you, who were nobodies, will become Men of Consequence - who stand out among lesser men.
Some will lose fear and discover courage.
It is these few that will turn the tide and hold back the night.
The rest of you will fade and be forgotten by history as if you never were.
My Spidey Senses says There is something really strange going on with the barkeeper from Woodstock, Ohio (just down the road from me. I do not know her.) She proclaims to be an Oath keeper.
They have her under tight wraps (suicide watch and her attorney claims physical abuse by guards).
“Jessica Watkins (left) and Donovan Crowl in the Capitol rotunda during the Jan. 6 insurrection. Watkins, 38, a veteran of the war in Afghanistan who has for the past two years run a bar in the small village of Woodstock, Ohio,(pop. 300) is facing some of the most serious charges yet filed from the mob insurrection that left five people dead.”
... And it was a nickname given by his frustrated girlfriend...
“Moreover, according to the FBI lady who testified the other day, no arms were seized from the rioters, the rioters fired no shots, and no one has been charged with firearms violations.”
It’s pretty difficult to have an armed insurrection without arms.
