The Los Angeles Unified School District recently launched “Daily Pass,” an app designed to coordinate health checks, COVID tests and vaccinations for a safe reopening of schools… according to LAUSD. The school district’s Safe Steps to Safe Schools program “is working with a group of stakeholders and partners who are experts in their respective fields to conduct regular COVID-19 testing and community engagement for employees and students.”

You don’t seem to understand what I am saying is false.
Bar code, QR code, whatever...LAUSD are not “Bar Coding Kids” any more than an airline is by giving electronic boarding passes.

Over 25 years ago I saw software that could identify you from the back of your hand. His would be scanned and every time you stuck your hand in the box it updated your identifying characteristics. In case you haven't noticed your identity can be determined in several way no marks required, probably more accurate with a mark but not necessary by any means for medium security access.
On the other hand I believe a mark will happen, could even be an invisible one.
I can remember being run through a bus equipped with x-ray screening for TB, no choice was given. Must have been in late 40's when they put people with TB into sanitariums, whether they wanted to go or not.

I know for a fact there were mandatory vaccinations required to attend kindergarten, with proof required, when I was enrolled in it.
