Mrs. L was hospitalized in December, with legitimate, honest to goodness COVID induced pneumonia.
Not one bill. Not one co-pay. Not one deductible.
For that we are grateful.
HOWEVER...there’s some stuff going on, like redundant oxygen equipment with is no longer needed or wanted but “per XXXX medical group’s policy we are required to deliver” which verges on FRAUD.
call the people who deliver the oxygen and tell them you dont need it. they are required to take it back and refund any payments received by insurance.
