Can any of the so called “Executive Orders” be deemed invalid because of Biden’s incapacity? Did he even understand what he was signing?

If asked, I doubt Biden could name each of the orders placed on his desk for signing.

They Should be, Every Order he Signed should have been met with a multitude of lawsuits from every conservative group in the country, just like they did to Trump.

Sure, if he were a Republican, they would all be unilaterally deemed invalid. But he's a democRAT and anyone who would do the right thing (viz. remove him from office/declare his EOs invalid) are all corrupt. Kongress. Scotus. The AG.

So they all do what they did when the foreign born, America hating, socialist, racist o'bummer took office. Nothing.

Wouldn't matter. Kamala would just sign new versions of them.

In my view, the EOs Biden signed are invalid, if it is shown he suffered from dementia at the time. To me, this is not a difficult analysis and, in some ways, is similar to a Will Contest. Wills are challenged frequently on the basis that the person signing was incompetent at the time. In those instances where the claim has validity, the person can be subjected to a physical and mental examination, and the evidence of the testing, pro or con, is put before a Judge for decision. A Will impacts only those directly in line to benefit. The Executive Orders impact our country. Surely, there must be a mechanism to attack those Orders as having been signed by an incompetent person.
