It is doubtful that demented, corrupt Biden would be able to walk from the entrance to the podium much less stand and read a speech for 30-45 minutes. Imagine him dealing with unexpected interuptions such as moans, applause or boos. Imagine how the world would view his bumbling performance.
I have seen lefties blame Covid or Muy insurrection as to why he had to delay it. Congress all wears masks and can get tested in advance if needed and you jade thousand of troops and razor wire fencing every where.

You good folks out there in America land must come to realize that Democrat, Joe Biden is no more fit to be the POTUS because the poor, weak, sick and ailing in mind Biden cannot complete a single sentence correctly,let alone deliver a one hour plus lengthy speech on the state of the union.
The USA is the current “joke” of the entire world. Sadly the Biden family, (Biden’s wife, Jill) stands by and lets poor “Joe” make a fool of himself day after day!!! Biden needs to be helped and assisted, rather then laughed and ridiculed!!! Sad Days for the USA and the American people!!! The Democrat Party should be ashamed of themselves.
