Long before any cognitive decline, China Joe Depends was never any more than intellectually average at his best.
In my opinion, based on what I watched over the years, he was less than average intelligence coupled with a enormous ego and arrogance and sense of entitlement. A nasty combination. Oh and did I leave out a complete lack of morals?
In short, nothing more than an oxygen wasting scumbag. His cognitive decline does not change that in the least. He rates no-one’s pity in my opinion.
And he perfected that phony-assed politician’s smile.
