To: Robert DeLong

If he is no longer a US Attorney does he lose his power to indict? Or did he never have that power?

In other words, investigate, investigate, investigate.....all BS unless you have either the power or the connections to make charges happen.

Yes he had the power to indict, and yes he still has the power to indict as special counsel. Special counsel Mueller had the power to indict, as he indicted a few people if you remember. 8>)
