I was at the Capitol building with my family in the summer of 2014. Honestly I have no idea how someone would "blow it up" because that just doesn't seem like an accomplishable task by a bunch of idiots.

I seem to recall a John Grisham novel (I think ...) where the Japanese flew a 747 into the Capitol building during a joint session of Congress and killed most of our Government -- but that was a work of fiction.
