Well drinking in the closet is kind of weird, but it shouldn’t be illegal.
I realize Springsteen was caught drinking and driving recklessly and that should definitely be illegal, but to specify any enclosed area is ridiculously overbroad.

Granted ... we weren’t there and don’t have all the confirmed facts. However based on the report above I’d say he was drunk and the 0.02 claim is bogus ... or ... the test was taken much much later than the arrest event ... or ... he had taken other substances that made him appear drunk.
Also possible his case was fixed and taken care of.
