If I could put it in pictures I’d post something even more ridiculous.
As part of their regulations for permitting high schools sports teams to compete during this academic year, the Ohio high school athletic association imposed a rule that allowed wrestlers to compete ... but ordered competitors not to shake hands before or after a match.
Does it get any more ‘effing RETARDED than that?
