If Trump were to go state by state lobbying for it with an offer to head up the Convention we could drain out the swamp by not allowing any current National elected officials to run again. Ever. Trump seems to be getting bad constitutional advice and needs to start reading Free Republic. After all, he has arguably had no choice but to surround himself with post-FDR era, institutionally indoctrinated legal advisors.
