Former President Donald Trump will soon begin screening 2022 midterm candidates who are eager to forward “America First” policies while ensuring every open Republican seat has a MAGA-approved contender vying for it.

Trump has received dozens of requests from prospective candidates who wish to earn his support, and he is fielding them as he sees fit. Trump has rejected meetings with former South Carolina governor and 2024 hopeful Nikki Haley and with House and Senate GOP candidates vying for his ear.

Formal meetings with prospects could begin as early as March, according to Politico.

When Trump was president and putative leader of the GOPee he instructed his voters to vote for every GOPee scumbag, shill, crook, and quisling traitor that was on the ballot, all for the sake of “party unity.” In the end, when the electoral crisis was upon us, the GOPee virtually to a man or woman, stuck a shiv in Trump’s back and took the biggest schitt in electoral history on every one of Trump’s voters whwn the GOPee voted for the steal. There is no way in hell I will vote for any beast that has any sort of affiliation with the GOPee. If Trump does not start a new political party outside the reach of the GOPee hierarchy then I will not support Trump any longer. Trump is throwing away an historic opportunity by continuing to eff with the GOPee. Instead of being another George Washington he will be just another Jimmy Carter.

Don’t blame Trump. Blame the voters. Or even the MAGA candidates themselves.

Congressman Lou Barletta of Pennsylvania was one of the first Republicans to support Trump as a candidate back in 2015.

He ran for the U.S. Senate in PA in 2018 and got his ass kicked.

What makes you so sure that election wasn’t stolen, too? The Uniparty sumbitchez have been stealing elections for years.

Maybe it was. But Barletta simply didn’t run a very good campaign, either. I don’t even remember what his major campaign themes were, except: “I was the first to support Trump!”

President Trump becomes Congressman Trump, gets voted as Speaker of the House in a Republican majority, and immediately spends two years impeaching biden and nothing else.

i call this leadership - stating policy principles and keeping them out front to contrast with Dementia Joe’s. POTUS can speak with a strong clear voice while the DC R’s are all over the map, busy hiding or letting the D’s roll over them.

...while ensuring every open Republican seat has a MAGA-approved contender vying for it.

And those seats that aren't open? There are a lot of establishment GOP candidates that could do with a primary opponent.

Running MAGA candidates on “open seats” is not nearly enough. Even primary challenges to the 10 House members and 7 Senators who voted to impeach is not enough. Donald Trump is 74. He has a very limited window to make a structural change in American politics. The GOP will laugh at such an anaemic response and simply wait him out. Patriot Party 2022 or just enjoy your well deserved rest at Mar-al-ago.
