Former President Trump will be a keynote speaker at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Orlando, Fla., his first public speaking engagement since leaving the White House, a spokesman for the organization confirmed to The Post on Saturday.
Trump is scheduled to speak on Sunday, Feb 28, the last day of the conference.

I don’t know about the “big 3 networks”, but RSBN is covering it, and IIRC they’ve had around 100,000 (maybe more) viewers for some Trump events.
C-span probably will carry it, too, and they have big viewership.
I will be surprised if FNC carries it. The Murdoch kids have just about destroyed it. They are down to a few leftovers who have to very careful or they will be “suspended” as in do not reference the cheating, ever.

It’s a pretty good lineup. There’s some RINO/neocon influence, but that’s not the overwhelming direction of the speakers.
Better yet, Trump needs to name every RINO in the GOP. He probably knows several that we aren’t even aware of!
If the GOP has any chance of survival, a public unveiling of these traitors is in order.
