if you’re jets don’t work, they don’t get flown, and the company ceases to exist.
I personally witnessed a company fail because they made an affirmative action hire president.
The shareholders got burned badly.
Fortunately lives were not at stake in that situation...

I guess I should add—the AA president’s total inability to understand mathematics was a major contributing cause to the company’s failure.
