I value seniority, but these guys are destroying it as fast
as they can.
It might be a good idea to bring back willing people who
mustered out under the idiotic leadership.
That can only happen if you get rid of everyone O-5 and above. Let the good ones that get caught up in prove their worthiness and reapply.
