My cousin lives in Granbury. It’s 5 degrees there, and she’s without power, as well.

That kind of cold in Texas is colder than cold. No one is used to or prepared for it.

Hang in. Spring’s coming.

We had 31” of snow last week here in the northeast. It was cold and has stayed cold. We’ll be having an ice storm tonight / tomorrow.

Spring’s coming. Oh. I already said that.

We’re in Missouri. Have a back up Generac that starts 60 seconds after the power goes down and a backup to that with a free standing propane heater that works on batteries. Two 500 gallon propane tanks too.

it’s -30 this morning in my part of Minnesota...

I’d be happy with +15

grid is still providing power but up here we always have backup.

I have friends in Granbury. I hope she manages.

I haven’t lost power yet, thankfully.

Let’s not talk spring. Tornadoes. Guess I should prepare for that.
