If you read any of the charging documents for people who have been charged by the FBI, being on the GROUNDS of the Capitol was included as a crime. I guess that anyone who walked past the bicycle rack type fence, committed a crime

False premise #1. If your standard (you, not me) is an action cannot be taken unless there is a guarantee that nothing can go wrong, you couldn’t justify getting out of bed each morning. But you do.

False premise #2. Who promimantly involved with the COS movement said they guarantee nothing can go wrong? State your source, please. But you can’t, because your strawman false premise is, well, false.

Who’s idea is that? Please name the amendments you think would be eviscerated via COS ammendment proposals, and name the 38 states that would ratify such an ammendment. Or is that more bircher bs?
The non-COS route was just exhausted, all options tried, and it didn’t work. Nothing else will. Trump is gone, Mitch, Pelosi, and Swallwell still there, a senile decrepit china puppet in the WH, and a communist waiting in the wings for when he soon croaks. FIB is the KGB, DOJ only goes after MAGA types, cities burn, and communists infest all levels of government.
What is your solution??? If it is “Elect Harder!”, Einstein’s quote about insanity applies. If it’s “pray!”, that shouldn’t preclude action against the forces of evil who hijacked the USA.

Even well planned 2-3 man jobs, with very close and trusted associates can be considered.
Anything beyond 3 is certain to be discovered.

More deep state than communists. The DC deep state is the most profitable corporation in America. Which corporation can get Trillions in revenues every year without producing a single item anyone needs? You ever seen anything in Walmart which says made in DC? Which corporation can print money out of thin air by a few clicks of a mouse? There is a reason why the DC surrounds are the wealthiest area in US.
The America First movement (AFM) is dangerous to the golden goose which is deep state and must be destroyed by them.
I guess I should be shaking in my boots. I'm sure I'll dig down inside and find that fear somewhere.
