Close the loop ... Congress counts the electoral votes and decides qualifications. Congress decides what is required to disqualify. No court is going to force Congress to do the right thing on a political question.
Pretend or assume Trump wins in 2024. Congress counts the votes .... Congress can, at that moment, do whatever it wants on whatever pretext.
