Back in the day, we always had the best quality olive oil in our house.
My uncle worked for Joe Profaci, the Olive Oil King.

Coconut oil is best for frying, because it is saturated and stabile when heated.

It depends on which article you read. This one in the list you posted said “almonds are good for men.” https://www.healthdiaries.com/eatthis/6-health-benefits-of-almonds-for-men.html
And one anti-almonds for men article referenced this single source which only used 31 people. Using a small sample size is a common approach of unreliable “sensational” nutrition articles. Someone even did a fake study showing “Chocolate leads to weight loss.” All you need to do is look for 20 correlations with a 95% confidence rate. One of them is wrong but is within the confidence rating. I tentatively “almonds are bad for men is bunk”. https://www.nature.com/articles/ejcn2010266

I make my own lard. Get pig leaf fat from a meat processor for free and render it in a big crock pot. Pints go in the freezer. High fry temp, less cholesterol than butter. Basically tasteless and odorless.

Good olive oil, organic coconut oil, lard & bacon fat - all natural & all I cook with. And butter. Omega 6 oils will wreck your health & soy is the WORST.

Don't take this as gospel, but you might want to check out the brand called "California Olive Ranch", which someone recommended to me.
They make several varieties, and have many different sizes of bottles. (But, like I said, do some research on it yourself, before you buy a bunch of it.)

I use olive oil in everything.
If I don’t use olive oil, then I use vegetable oil, corn oil, or canola oil. I usually end up throwing away whatever non-olive oil I have because it goes bad before I use the entire bottle.
I don’t recall ever seeing soybean oil for sale. I usually avoid soy.

Here’s the epitome of a soy boy, this dude makes Bernie Sanders look conservative by comparison. He likes to attack police and the Guardian angels, he was arrest last October for smashing cars with his BLM Marxists and now he’s running for State assembly and the bitch will probably win.
