As with any stock investment. If you want to sell it, there must be someone willing to buy it. The Chi-Coms invested so much much in “No Experience” that the stock is too high to even sell. So he’s stuck with it... and they are stuck with him. “No Experience” can’t make up the difference because he bought too many expensive houses for his mom and dad.

The key here, would be to have one of Hunter's open lawsuits -- the Arkansas case -- and have Hunter's deliberate evasion of FARA/LDA viz the inception (and his subsequent 10% ongoing grift of), Bohai Harvest RST Shanghai Equity Investment Fund Management, introduced as a simple element of why Hunter can afford to pay more childcare. That can be built upon with the Arkansas court agreeing to adver to the DOJ, the IRS, etc.
Of course the Xiden puppet-state mandarins and apparatchiks won't do anything about it, but it's meant as a cudgel.
